Mission
The GeoLogics Systems Division is located in Charleston, SC, and provides a range of business and
engineering services in support of DOD and other government agencies. Included among the
Division's inventory of competencies and experience are program management, business process
reengineering (BPR), financial and data management, DOD certified acquisition and logistics
engineering, supply chain certified expertise, information technology, software development,
SEI Capability Maturity Model (CMM) Advancement and Certification Assistance, Six Sigma
professionals and IT product implementation and improvement capabilities.
From business operations management and support to IT and software requirements and development,
the Systems Division provides the expertise and the commitment to accomplish your task with
complete satisfaction.
Services
The GeoLogics Systems Division provides Business Engineering Solutions that improve
our clients' bottom-line. We work the client's challenges hand-in-hand with them; providing
pragmatic, employable solutions. Our service offerings can be categorized as follows:
- Business process analysis reengineering

Business process analysis and reengineering:
Our Certified SEI Appraisers and Six Sigma Black Belts work closely
with clients to identify problems and recommend solutions. These solutions are industry best
practices; they make sense, and can be put into service. We can also provide business management
tools/software to help monitor projects and simplify operational decision making.
Solution implementation:
Our certified Project Management Professionals (PMPs) will work with
you and your staff to develop implementation plans that will help achieve your organizations
business or strategic plan. Our professionals will also provide the necessary support,
including IT solutions, to ensure the plans are executed.
On-going, in place support:
We provide highly qualified professional staff that will enhance your
day-to-day operations in the areas of program management, financial management, logistics,
contracts management, and administrative support.
